ATmega328P Microcontroller (Uno chip)

from 2.45

The Atmel ATmega328P is one of the most widely used microcontrollers in the maker community because it is the microcontroller found on the popular Arduino Uno. We offer two variations of the ATmega328P. The first is as a blank slate, the way it comes from the Atmel factory. The second is with the Arduino bootloader pre-installed to allow easy programming from the Arduino IDE. The ATmega328P is a high-performance Atmel picoPower 8-bit AVR RISC-based microcontroller that features:

  • 32KB ISP flash memory with read-while-write capabilities, 1024B of EEPROM, and 2KB of SRAM
  • 23 general purpose I/O lines
  • 32 general purpose working registers
  • UART, SPI, and I2C communication interfaces
  • Three flexible timer/counters with compare modes
  • Internal and external interrupts
  • 6-channel 10-bit ADC
  • Programmable watchdog timer with internal oscillator
  • Five software selectable power saving modes

We offer the ATmega328P in the PU configuration which is a 28 pin DIP package. For information on getting started with the ATmega328P and the Arduino IDE see the "Additional Info" section below.
